Performs and coordinates the assembly of all ambulatory patient records. Responsible for record completion ensuring that record’s have all test results attached, all required signatures, and are ready for filing. Retrieve and file records and other duties as assigned.


High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Preferably an associate degree in business/medical field with emphasis in Medical terminology. Classes in word processing. At least two (2) to three (3) years experience in a medical setting (preferably a Health Information Management department). Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and do heavy lifting.
